Our Foundation teaches how to handle everyday stress in a positive way. We help people discover their strengths and show how to use them daily to live a happier life. All our activities are based on the latest scientific research in neuropsychology, neurobiology, and nutrition. Using principles from Behavioral Medicine, Holistic Medicine, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), MBCT, Logotherapy, and stoicism, we run a range of activities aimed at boosting well-being in life.

The Official Trade Fair Medal Ceremony will be a distinguished occasion recognizing publishing houses, authors, institutions, and projects that are shaping the future of the book market and reading culture. The event will highlight the importance of literary quality, scholarly and cultural value, innovative publishing formats, and initiatives supporting the development of reading. Trade Fair Medals will be awarded for achievements that make a tangible contribution to the growth of the publishing industry, the promotion of literature, the dissemination of culture, and the creation of valuable content for readers in Poland and around the world.

The Wisława Szymborska Foundation was established in 2012 based on the will of Nobel laureate Wisława Szymborska. Its mission is to take care of the poet's literary legacy and promote literature, poetry, and reading in Poland and abroad. The Foundation organizes the prestigious Wisława Szymborska Award, supports young creators, runs educational and cultural activities, and carries out projects that promote dialogue, culture, and the development of contemporary literature.At the Wisława Szymborska Foundation Zone during the Warsaw Book Festival 2026, visitors will be able to take part in special events prepared in collaboration with the Wisława Szymborska Foundation. The program will include inspiring literary meetings, talks with outstanding authors and translators, artistic events, an exhibition dedicated to the Nobel laureate, and creative workshops for children and youth.Szymborska Plus – poetry and music A unique project combining Wisława Szymborska’s work with poetry by contemporary authors. The recitations of the poems will be accompanied by live music, creating a one-of-a-kind experience of meeting literature and art.Meeting with the winners of the Wisława Szymborska Translation Prize: A conversation with award-winning literary translators dedicated to the art of translation, the challenges of a translator's work, and the role of world literature in contemporary culture. It's a great opportunity to get an inside look at the translation of some of the most outstanding poetic works.Wisława Szymborska – 30 years since the Nobel Prize in Literature On the 30th anniversary of Wisława Szymborska receiving the Nobel Prize in Literature, we invite you to a special event dedicated to the life, work, and remarkable legacy of the poet. Guests will talk about her everyday life, the behind-the-scenes of receiving the Nobel Prize, and the timeless significance of her poetry for generations of readers.The exhibition "The Joy of Writing / The Joy of Photographing" Awaits participants with a unique photography exhibition by Joanna Helander, featuring Wisława Szymborska both in everyday life and during the Nobel Prize in Literature ceremony in Stockholm. It's a rare opportunity to see the Nobel laureate up close and discover lesser-known moments from her life.The 'Szymborska Collages' Workshop: We invite the youngest participants and teenagers to creative workshops inspired by the famous collages of Wisława Szymborska. Using magazine clippings and various materials, participants will create their own unique collages, developing their imagination and discovering the artistic side of the Nobel laureate's work.
